Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our support team will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please do not return an item without receiving authorization and return instructions.
In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. YccsiCan will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return results from a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, or another verified error on our part.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by YccsiCan.
