At YccsiCan™, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This policy explains how eligible returns and approved refunds are handled for qualifying orders.

30-Day Return Window

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be unused and in their original condition. Whenever possible, include the original packaging. All return requests must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the YccsiCan™ support team will provide instructions for sending the item back.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or an error on our part.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake made by YccsiCan™.
