Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the YccsiCan support team will provide instructions for sending the item back.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, leaking item, or an error on our part.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake made by YccsiCan.
